Two-day Training

Usui Reiki 1st degree is the basic level of traditional Reiki given in a two-day training that is intended to everyone who wishes to be attuned to the beneficial Reiki energy and learn to practice it for self treatment and also for the treatment of family members and friends with the purpose of increasing health level and happiness

Usui Reiki 1st Degree

The 2day training includes:
  • Four authentic Reiki Attunements (4) given individually by Reiki Teacher with usui reiki lineage and long experience
  • All necessary knowledge about the origin and function of Reiki
  • Meditation learning & practicing
  • Reiki Treatment techniques
  • Japanese techniques
  • Reiki Practice
Upon completion of the training the following are provided:
  • Reiki 1st Degree Certificate
  • Reiki 1st Degree Training Manual
  • Cd with Music for Reiki Practice
  • Free participation in meetings for Reiki Practice, Reiki Share, Meditation, Lectures, and other function of Reiki Greece Association​

Requirements
​For participation in 1st degree Reiki training, there are no requirements of prior knowledge or experience.
