How Reiki treatment is performed

A full Reiki treatment lasts for 60-70 minutes. The recipient wearing clothes lies on a massage table. Reiki practitioner gently touches with his palms various parts of recipient’s body such as the head, abdomen, back and any other body part there is discomfort or pain.
 
In Reiki treatment there are not used, crystals, oils, substances, nor massage, as all these have nothing to do with the traditional method of Reiki which is independently beneficial.
